in derision,
betraying
the Undersea Smirk.

I see what You are doing,
knowing the
mathematics
will confound me,

Give me letters
and words
with which to build,
and I will construct
a city,
a fortress,
beyond even
Your
imagination.

Beyond Your math.

Give me numbers
and You sentence
us Both
to death
as feeble structures
crumble around
and upon us,
doomed by each
of my
myriad
miscalculations.
