I used to think
loved ones who had died
sat on clouds
and watched
to make sure we were
alright.
Then I read
(or heard?)
that wherever they go,
there are no more tears.
And I wondered,
if that’s the case,
they
can’t
possibly
be
watching
THIS.
So wherever they go,
it’s certainly further
than the cloud
above my house
They have truly
departed
if Anyone
knows what’s Good
for Them.
