We wait
Because life
Will not,
Cannot,
always be…

Great.

Life cycles.

Night. Day.
Seasons.
Moon phases.

Your life.

Mine.

And so
We
Endure
Advent

Repeatedly.

Cyclically.

Hopefully.

That joy, peace, light
Will come again

As it always has.
As it always will.

Please wait with me

Again.
